Return and Refund Policy

At IKO:NOTT, you have the right to change your mind.

You can return products that have only been tried on by using our return portal: returns portal. Damaged or soiled products will not be refunded.

IMPORTANT: products must be returned in a cardboard box around the shoebox!

You can reuse the shipping box.

NO REFUND will be issued if we receive the shoebox taped up without an outer box.

FREE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS – IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE

• You have 30 days after receipt to make an exchange (size, color, model).

• You have 14 days after receipt to request a refund.

• Return and exchange fees are free in metropolitan France.

• For all these requests, go to the returns portal.

FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Fees are equivalent to the shipping costs applied at the time of your order.

CONDITIONS

• Items must be unworn, clean, with packaging and in their original condition.

• Shoeboxes must not be taped up or returned without cardboard packaging.

• Soiled or damaged products cannot be refunded or exchanged.

REFUNDS

• The refund will be processed within 7 working days after receipt of your return.

• If you return your entire order, the initial shipping costs will also be refunded.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

• Go to our return portal: click here.
• Enter your order number and delivery postcode (without this information, you will not be able to access the return portal).
• Select the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.
• Prepare the package with the items to be returned as they were upon delivery.
